Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times
? Plan and conduct age-appropriate activities to support physical, emotional, cognitive, and social development
? Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment
? Ensure hygiene and dietary guidelines are followed
? Monitor children's behavior and development, and report concerns to parents or supervisors
? Maintain daily records of children's progress, attendance, and incidents
? Assist children with basic needs
? Communicate regularly and professionally with parents about their child's day and progress
? Follow all center policies, health and safety regulations, and early childhood education standards
? Collaborate with other staff members to create a positive and nurturing learning environment
? Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development as required
