What We're Looking For:
Graduation (mandatory)
Additional qualifications like NTT / ECCE / B.Ed. / Diploma in Early Childhood Education will be a plus
Experience in preschool / day care teaching preferred
Strong communication skills (English & Hindi)
Patience, creativity, and ability to engage with children warmly
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and conduct interactive preschool activities (stories, rhymes, art, play)
Ensure safety, hygiene, and daily routine management in day care
Support children's social, emotional, and intellectual growth
Communicate effectively with parents about their child's progress
Collaborate with team members to create a positive environment
