We are looking for a proactive and experienced

Branch In-Charge

to oversee day-to-day operations of our logistics branch. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth handling of first mile, mid mile, and last mile operations, customer satisfaction, and effective team management while ensuring adherence to company policies and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the overall branch operations including inbound/outbound logistics, warehousing, and last-mile deliveries. Lead and supervise branch staff including delivery personnel, warehouse assistants, and support team. Ensure timely pickups, dispatches, and deliveries as per SLA. Monitor branch-level expenses and maintain cost efficiency. Coordinate with HO/Regional Operations Manager for planning, compliance, and reporting. Maintain MIS reports and ensure daily operational reports are sent on time. Ensure all company policies (safety, HR, compliance) are strictly followed. Handle customer complaints and ensure service excellence. Conduct periodic stock audits and verify physical inventory. Maintain branch discipline, hygiene, and safety standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or any related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in logistics/transportation/warehousing operations. Prior experience in a supervisory or in-charge role preferred. Good knowledge of local geography and transport networks. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Excel.
