Role & Responsibilities:

As a

Daycare Teacher

, you will:

Provide a warm, safe, and engaging environment for toddlers and preschoolers Support daily routines including mealtime, rest time, hygiene, and playtime Communicate effectively with parents and team members Model gentle and respectful communication at all times Observe and document children's development and behavior Assist in maintaining a clean and organized classroom environment Collaborate with other educators and follow the Montessori philosophy of care

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience working in a daycare, preschool, or Montessori environment Passionate about working with young children Patient, calm, and able to handle multiple tasks with love Good communication skills (spoken and written English) Montessori/early childhood diploma or training preferred (but not mandatory)
