: We are looking for a Child Care Teacher to encourage the healthy intellectual and psychological growth of the children in our facilities. \xef\x82\xb7 You will teach and supervise them while also motivating them to use their mental capacities and exercise their imagination. \xef\x82\xb7 Observe and document children\'s progress and development, and communicate with parents and caregivers on a regular basis. \xef\x82\xb7 Using a wide range of teaching methods (stories, media, indoor or outdoor games, drawing, etc) to enhance the child\xe2\x80\x99s abilities. \xef\x82\xb7 Evaluate children\xe2\x80\x99s performance to make sure they are on the right learning track. \xef\x82\xb7 Having the ability to communicate with children. It\'s essential to listen closely and be adaptable enough so you can meet a child\'s needs in any situation. \xef\x82\xb7 Your main responsibility will be to take care of young children diligently. \xef\x82\xb7 Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the day-care, and maintain a clean and organized classroom environment. \xef\x82\xb7 Creating and promoting age-appropriate learning and socializing is important for ensuring that kids learn essential skills and ideas like sharing, etiquette and communication. Requirements: Education: Preferably certified in early years education. \xef\x82\xb7 Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience working with young children in a day-care or preschool setting. \xef\x82\xb7 Skill set: Required to be Patient, flexible, organized, patient, innovative, and confident. \xef\x82\xb7 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build positive relationships with parents, caregivers, and other staff members. \xef\x82\xb7 Leadership and management skills, including the ability to supervise and mentor staff members. \xef\x82\xb7 Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and maintain a positive and supportive work environment Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent Salary: 920,000.00 - 925,000.00 per month Benefits:
