Job Title: Day Care TeacherJob Summary

The Day Care Teacher is responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for young children. This role supports children's emotional, social, physical, and cognitive development through age-appropriate activities, structured routines, and positive guidance.

Key Responsibilities

Provide a safe, caring, and supportive environment for children Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities and play-based learning Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities Promote social, emotional, and behavioral development Assist children with daily routines such as meals, toileting, and naps Observe and document children's progress and behavior Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding child development and daily activities Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment Follow all health, safety, and licensing regulations Collaborate with other teachers and staff Manage classroom behavior using positive guidance techniques
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education preferred) Previous experience working with young children (preferred) Knowledge of child development principles Strong communication and interpersonal skills Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for working with children Ability to pass background checks and health screenings CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 40 pounds Ability to sit, stand, bend, and move actively throughout the day Ability to supervise children both indoors and outdoors

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
