:
We are looking for a Child Care Teacher to encourage the healthy intellectual and psychological
growth of the children in our facilities.
You will teach and supervise them while also motivating them to use their mental capacities and
exercise their imagination.
Observe and document children's progress and development, and communicate with parents and
caregivers on a regular basis.
Using a wide range of teaching methods (stories, media, indoor or outdoor games, drawing, etc) to
enhance the child's abilities.
Evaluate children's performance to make sure they are on the right learning track.
Having the ability to communicate with children. It's essential to listen closely and be adaptable
enough so you can meet a child's needs in any situation.
Your main responsibility will be to take care of young children diligently.
Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the day-care, and maintain a clean and organized
classroom environment.
Creating and promoting age-appropriate learning and socializing is important for ensuring that kids
learn essential skills and ideas like sharing, etiquette and communication.
Requirements:
Education: Preferably certified in early years education.
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience working with young children in a day-care or
preschool setting.
Skill set: Required to be Patient, flexible, organized, patient, innovative, and confident.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build positive relationships
with parents, caregivers, and other staff members.
Leadership and management skills, including the ability to supervise and mentor staff members.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and maintain a positive and supportive work
environment.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
