Job Description

Child supervision and care:

Monitor children's safety and well-being, assist with basic needs like feeding and hygiene, and ensure a nurturing environment.

Activity support:

Help lead caregivers plan and carry out age-appropriate games, crafts, and lessons.

Environment management:

Keep the classroom and learning areas clean, organized, and hygienic.

Communication:

Maintain open communication with children, parents, and the rest of the daycare staff.

Developmental monitoring:

Observe and report on children's behavior and development to lead caregivers.

Assisting with daily routines:

Help with mealtimes and other structured parts of the daily schedule.
