Job Description

Ensure the safety and well-being of all children under your care at all times. Maintain a clean, secure, and nurturing environment. Supervise children during playtime, meals, nap time, and other daily routines. Plan and conduct age-appropriate learning activities, games, and creative play. Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development. Encourage positive behavior and help children learn good habits and manners. Follow the daily schedule including feeding, diaper changing, toilet training, rest, and activity time. Maintain hygiene standards during meal and nap times. Communicate daily with parents about their child's activities, meals, sleep, and behavior. Address parent concerns politely and professionally. Maintain attendance, meal logs, and child progress reports. Report any accidents, illnesses, or behavioral issues to the supervisor promptly. Work cooperatively with other daycare staff and management. Participate in meetings, training, and events organized by the school. Follow all safety, health, and cleanliness protocols. Ensure toys and materials are sanitized and safe for children's use. Create a warm and caring atmosphere where children feel comfortable and valued. Provide comfort and attention to children who are upset or anxious.
