We are looking for

to join our team as

Online Data Entry Executives (Night Shift)

.
This role involves handling digital data entry, maintaining records, updating information in online systems, and supporting our U.S.-based operations team during night hours.

No prior experience is required -- training will be provided to the right candidates who have a keen eye for detail, good computer skills, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:-

Enter, update, and verify data in company databases, spreadsheets, and CRM tools. Perform

online research

to collect, validate, and organize information as per project requirements. Maintain accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality of all data. Handle

email communication and reporting

with the night-shift team. Review data for errors, missing entries, or duplication, and make corrections when needed. Assist in generating simple reports and summaries for management. Follow task checklists and meet daily or weekly performance targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:-

Freshers are welcome

--full training will be provided. Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, and online tools). Good

typing speed

with accuracy (minimum 25-30 words per minute preferred). Strong

attention to detail

and ability to follow instructions. Good understanding of English for reading and basic communication. Reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently in the night shift.

Education & Experience:-

Minimum: 12th pass/graduate in any stream. No prior work experience required--freshers are encouraged to apply.
