We are a fast-growing organization working with Citi businesses and functions across the world.What do we do:We simplify, streamline, and automate controlsxe2x80x94strengthening our ability to prevent issues.Control Testing Automation Team automates manual testing through data driven capabilities using industry standard tools & techniques in collaboration with Business, Internal Audit, Internal Citi Risk and Control and Technology.Through automation we identify control, testing gaps and provide the evidence to Business/Risk teams to mitigate any type of risk like Regulatory/AML/KYC/Sanctions/Anti Bribery/Sales Practice/Reputational/Fraud and Theft.Expertise Required:Analytical Skills

• Intermediate knowledge in Data analysis & Data patterns
• Skillful in transforming data sets and performing quantitative & qualitative analysis
• Knowledge on data manipulation and problem solving

Tools and Platforms

• Hands-on experience in SAS/SQL and Shell script
• Python and Tableau Experience is preferred
• Knowledge on schedulers (Autosys/LSF)
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and VBA

Nice to have Experience one of the below technologies.

• SAS on Mainframe
• Workflow management tools like Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket etc.

Domain SkillsGood understanding of

• Banking Products (Wealth, Cards, Deposit, Loans & Insurance etc.)

Functional SkillsNice to have - Knowledge of Finance Regulations, Understanding of Audit ProcessSoft Skills

• Should have good communication and inter-personal skills
• Proactive approach in solving problems and attention to details
• A strong team player

Basic Qualifications

• Masters degree in information technology / Information Systems / Computer Applications / Engineering from a premier institute. BTech/B. E/MCA in Information Technology / Information Systems / Computer Applications.
• (Preferred) Postgraduate in Masters in computers

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Development/Production Support identifying production failures and fixing issues towards resolution involving codes in SAS & SQL environment
