About the Role
We are seeking a Dataflow Executive to handle primary source verification (PSV) and documentation for healthcare professionals applying for overseas licensing (DHA, DOH, MOH, PROMETRIC,QCHP, OMSB, etc.). The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and experience managing healthcare verification or licensing processes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end Dataflow applications for healthcare job roles.
Verify and upload documents such as degree, license, and experience certificates.
Coordinate with candidates, universities, and Dataflow authorities.
Track and update application status, ensuring timely completion.
Guide candidates through DHA, DOH, MOH, PROMETRIC and QCHP licensing requirements.
Maintain accurate records of all documentation and reports.
Requirements
? Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Healthcare background preferred)
? 1-3 years of experience in Dataflow or healthcare documentation
? Strong communication and coordination skills
? Familiarity with Gulf healthcare licensing systems (added advantage)
? Proficient in MS Office & online portals
