Job Description
Qualification: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 3 years of relevant experience. : Analyze stakeholders and users needs and design the platform DD solution to answer stakeholders (GNTS, GDCS, GCCC, NorAm, France, Application Management, ) Connect Datadog with or ITSM tool : Ivanti So Unified (for INC/SR creation from alerts) App Support : Handle INC on the DD platform (log case with DD, investigate, follow up, communicate to stakeholders) Analyze, control and alert on the consumption vs allocated budgets Ensure implementations meet the security compliance requirements/guidelines Handle Service Request for : Analyze performance data Configuration changes New, change, delete accesses (in accordance with RBAC model security requirements) Performance thresholds Dashboard creation/amendment Setup relevant alerting for monitoring in scope Manage the Service Catalog Good to Have Skills: English = Fluent (French a plus) Project Management skills (to help with the integration of the new scopes into the DD platform) Analytic skills Communication Autonomy Experience with similar tool (Dynatrace, LogicMonitor, etc)
