Job Description

:

We are hiring an experienced Datacenter Administrator with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in managing web hosting infrastructure. The role includes monitoring servers, ensuring uptime, managing backups, troubleshooting network/server issues, handling hardware setup, and maintaining overall datacenter stability and security. You will work closely with support and network teams to deliver reliable hosting services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor server performance, uptime, and alerts Manage Linux/Windows servers and virtualization platforms Handle hardware installation, RAID setup, and maintenance Troubleshoot network, server, and storage issues Implement and manage security, firewall rules, and DDoS protection Maintain backup systems and disaster recovery processes Optimize datacenter capacity and performance Prepare documentation and follow SLAs for issue resolution

Required Skills:

Strong expertise in Linux (CentOS/Ubuntu) & Windows servers Experience with VMware, KVM, Proxmox, or similar virtualization Solid networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, switching) Hands-on with server hardware, storage systems, and RAID Familiarity with firewalls and security best practices Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Good communication and coordination abilities

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering (preferred) 3-5 years of datacenter or server administration experience Certifications like RHCE, CCNA, or MCSA are an added advantage

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
