In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs that empower our clients and internal teams to effectively utilize Databricks, a leading data analytics platform. Your expertise in data engineering, analytics, and machine learning will be instrumental in helping participants gain a deep understanding of how to leverage Databricks to drive business insights and optimize data workflows. As a Databricks Trainer, you will create engaging training materials, facilitate workshops, and offer hands-on sessions that ensure learners can apply their new skills in real-world scenarios. You will also stay updated on the latest features and best practices of Databricks to provide relevant and current training content. Responsibilities

Develop and deliver comprehensive Databricks training programs for clients and internal teams. Create engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, and hands-on exercises. Facilitate workshops and training sessions, adjusting content based on audience needs and skill levels. Provide ongoing support and coaching to learners following training sessions. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and iterate based on feedback. Stay up-to-date with the latest features and trends in Databricks and data analytics. Collaborate with subject matter experts to enhance training content and delivery methods.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. Proven experience in teaching or training, with a focus on data analytics and Databricks preferred. Strong understanding of data engineering principles and analytics workflows. Proficiency in using Databricks and other relevant data tools. Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences. Experience designing training materials and curriculum. * Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for teaching and mentoring others.
