We are running a urgent opening for Tech freshers with an well known IT Company.

JD

Write, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL/MySQL queries to support helpdesk operations

Monitor and maintain database performance, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning

Resolve database-related issues promptly to minimize downtime

Assist the helpdesk team with technical queries related to the Core Banking System (CBS)

Analyze and debug issues in CBS to support seamless operations

Handle client inquiries related to CBS, ensuring timely and professional responses

Understand client requirements and deliver appropriate technical solutions

Work closely with IT, Development, and Helpdesk teams to coordinate resolution efforts

Communicate technical details effectively to non-technical stakeholders when required

Skills

Proficiency in SQL/MySQL

Basic understanding of database administration and performance tuning

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Familiarity with Core Banking Systems (CBS) is a plus

*Experience with Core Banking Systems (CBS), and any exposure to cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, or the banking domain, would be an added advantage
