L2 MySQL / Postgres / Mongo Databases, L1-L2 Cloud Ops
Should have proficiency in database languages, operating systems, hardware components, and various cloud platforms
Experience and exposure in installing & configuration, performance tuning & optimization
Hands-on with replication & schema designing, query optimization, data security procedures
Regularly updating and maintaining the system to ensure optimal performance and security
Exposure in configuring and managing network devices and services
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentatio n of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps
Identifying, resolving technical issues, and diagnosing the root cause of technical problems, whether hardware, software, or network-related
Providing technical assistance to users, both internal and external, through various channels
