Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

Requirements:


Design and develop logical and physical database models aligned with business needs. Implement and configure databases, tables, views, and stored procedures. Monitor and optimize database performance, tuning queries and resolving bottlenecks. Implement database security, including access controls, encryption, and compliance measures. Develop and maintain backup and disaster recovery strategies, ensuring data continuity. Design and implement data integration mechanisms across systems, ensuring consistency. Plan and execute strategies for scalability and high availability (sharding, replication, failover). Lead data migration projects, validating data integrity post-migration. Create and maintain detailed documentation for schemas, data flows, and specifications. Collaborate with developers, system admins, and stakeholders to align database architecture. Troubleshoot and resolve database issues related to errors, performance, and data inconsistencies. Strong knowledge of RDBMS (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra). Proficient in SQL, database query optimization, indexing, and ETL processes. Experience with cloud database platforms like AWS RDS, Azure SQL, or Google Cloud SQL. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Relevant database certifications are a plus.
