Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the CRM database used by the sales team.
Verify and update client information, including addresses, contact details, and other critical data.
Regularly audit the database to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Coordinate with the sales team to collect missing or updated client details.
Communicate with clients when required to confirm or fetch necessary information.
Generate and share database reports as needed to support sales operations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1-2 years of experience in database management / CRM handling (freshers with good skills can also apply).
Good knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
