Job Description
Role & Responsibilities
Design and develop large databases.
Writing efficient and effective SQL Queries/Stored Procedures, Integrity constraints, SQL Reporting etc.
Database administration.
Skill Sets
Atleast 2+ complete years of hands on experience in MS SQL Server 2000 on the below mentioned skills:
Generate & Handle complex SQL Queries / Stored Procedures, check for Integrity constraints, Data retrieval / analysis & SQL Reporting.
Strong database problem resolution and analytical skills.
Ability to quickly understand Application functionality and relate to Database Design.
Knowledge of SQL Server 2000 database administration.
Knowledge of installing, configuring, maintaining and troubleshooting SQL Server Databases.
Hands on experience to implement, take regular backup and recovery of the databases.
Other Info
Atleast one year of Database administration knowledge is an added advantage.
Strong oral and written communication.
Qualification
Bachelor degree or MCA, with experience in Web and Application development
