We are seeking an experienced

Database Architect

to design and optimize enterprise-grade database solutions across on-premises and cloud environments. The role involves defining scalable architectures, ensuring high availability, and driving automation for mission-critical systems.

Responsibilities

Architect and implement solutions for Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and NoSQL databases like MongoDB and ElasticSearch Design cloud-native database architectures leveraging AWS, Azure, and GCP Ensure performance tuning, capacity planning, and disaster recovery strategies Lead data migration, integration, and automation initiatives using scripting and modern tools Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, reliable, and optimized data platforms Provide technical leadership and mentorship to database teams

Requirements

14-18 years of general IT experience 10+ years of experience in database engineering or cloud infrastructure roles with leadership exposure Expertise in relational and NoSQL databases Strong knowledge of cloud database services, high availability, and backup/recovery Hands-on experience in performance optimization, troubleshooting, and analytics Proficiency in automation and scripting for operational efficiency Fluency in English (both written and spoken) at a minimum B2 level
