Database Architect

Responsibilities:



Design and implement

scalable, secure, high-performance

database architectures. Define

data models, indexing, and optimization strategies

. Lead

cloud migration

efforts (AWS, Azure, GCP). Optimize queries and support

DevOps/CI-CD automation

. Ensure

HA/DR, backup, and compliance with data security

. Evaluate and adopt new database technologies.

Requirements:



12+ years in

database architecture & administration

. Strong expertise in

SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL

. Experience with

NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra, DynamoDB)

. Skilled in

SQL, performance tuning, and cloud databases

. Knowledge of

ETL, data warehousing, and database security

.

Preferred:



Cloud certifications

(AWS, Azure, GCP). Familiarity with

Terraform/CloudFormation

, Hadoop, Spark. * Experience in

legacy modernization & hybrid cloud

.
