About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled

Database Administrator (DBA)

with hands-on experience in

PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, and RDBMS

to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for database design, implementation, maintenance, and ensuring high availability, performance, and security of our systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and manage PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and MongoDB databases. Perform backup, recovery, monitoring, and performance tuning. Ensure data security, integrity, and compliance with organizational policies. Troubleshoot database issues and provide timely solutions. Support developers with query optimization and schema design. Plan and implement database upgrades and patches.

Required Skills & Experience:

? 1+ years of hands-on DBA experience.
? Strong knowledge of

PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, and RDBMS concepts

.
? Experience in database clustering, replication, and high availability solutions.
? Proficiency in SQL query optimization and stored procedures.
? Familiarity with database security best practices.
? Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice to Have:

Knowledge of cloud databases (AWS RDS, Azure SQL, GCP). Experience with automation and scripting (Shell, Python, or PowerShell).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
