Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Architect, develop, and maintain scalable SQL Server databases for marketing and analytics workloads. Design robust data models for campaign, customer, and performance data across multiple digital platforms. Build and optimize T-SQL queries, stored procedures, and views. Develop and maintain SSAS cubes (Tabular and Multidimensional) for analytical insights. Create and deploy SSRS reports and dashboards for marketing, sales, and operations teams. Implement ETL workflows using SSIS and integrate data from diverse sources (CRM, ad platforms, web analytics). Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance tuning of SQL Server instances. Manage database version control and CI/CD pipelines using Git and Azure DevOps. Collaborate with marketing analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders to align data structures with business goals. Maintain database documentation, enforce governance, and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations. Mentor junior developers and drive continuous improvement in data processes.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 7+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server (2016 or later). Advanced skills in T-SQL, indexing, and performance tuning. Proven experience in data modeling for analytics and reporting. Strong experience with SSRS and SSAS (Tabular preferred). Experience with ETL development and data integration using SSIS. Knowledge of digital marketing data (impressions, clicks, conversions, attribution, audience segmentation). Familiarity with Azure SQL, Synapse Analytics, or other cloud-based database platforms.
Preferred Skills:

Experience with Power BI or other BI visualization tools. Scripting knowledge in PowerShell or Python. Understanding of data warehousing and marketing analytics ecosystems. Experience working in agile, DevOps-driven environments.
