Summary:

Manages and maintains the databases used by the SDNO framework, such as MongoDB and MySQL. Ensures the availability, performance, and integrity of the databases.

Responsibilities:

Administer MongoDB clusters and MySQL databases across all environments (DEV, PRE-PROD, PROD). Ensure database performance, availability, and data integrity. Perform routine maintenance including backups, restores, and updates. Support service configurations and application data management. Analyze logs and alarms for database-related issues. Collaborate with NSO and IAP teams for integrated service delivery. Able to work in 9x5 support during business hours (Italy time) and provide On-call support for P1/P2 incidents during non-business hours.

Skills Required:

Proven experience with MongoDB (clustered environments) and MySQL. Familiarity with SDNO architecture and automation workflows. Experience with Splunk for log analysis and KNIME for reporting. Understanding of database security, permissions, and access control. Ability to work in a multi-environment setup with physical and virtual nodes.
