Summary: As a Database Administrator, you will design, implement, and maintain databases to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Your typical day will involve installing database management systems, developing procedures for daily maintenance, and resolving any issues that arise. You will work closely with various teams to ensure that database systems are functioning efficiently and effectively, contributing to the overall success of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Monitor database performance and implement necessary optimizations. - Assist in the development of database policies and procedures to ensure data integrity. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in MongoDB. - Strong understanding of database design principles and best practices. - Experience with database backup and recovery techniques. - Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization of database queries. - Knowledge of security protocols and data protection measures. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in MongoDB. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
