Job Summary:

We are hiring a DBA to manage PostgreSQL databases and supporting data services like Kafka, Redis, and RabbitMQ, hosted on EC2. The ideal candidate will handle performance tuning, backups, replication, and work towards migrating these services to AWS managed offerings like RDS, MSK, and SQS.

Key Skills:

PostgreSQL administration (3+ yrs) Linux/EC2 system management PGBouncer, RabbitMQ, Kafka, Redis AWS basics (RDS, MSK, SQS, ElastiCache) Scripting (Bash/Python), Monitoring tools

Nice to Have:

Experience with cloud migration TimescaleDB knowledge
