Position: Data Warehouse, ETL Engineer I

What You'll Be Doing

• Create, maintain and enhance Data components (metadata, reports, metrics, dashboards). In doing so participate in data modeling, business process analysis and development of reporting functional and technical specifications.
• Write and maintain technical documentation supporting ETL deployments.
• Monitor report environment performance, logged errors and system activity to facilitate SLA management. Coordinate resolution of issues as needed.
• Provide project status and progress updates to Management team.
• SQL programming skills, experience deploying on enterprise RDBMS.
• Domain knowledge preferably Supply Chain ERP/ MS Dynamics Report Development (AR / AP / GL / FA)
• Knowledge of agile methodology for delivering software solutions
• Able to integrate multiple data sources and databases into one system.
• Strong unit test and debugging skills and writing unit test cases from functional requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ Year experience on Pentaho Data Integration and Data analysis - Strong Resource who can work Individually.
• Experience accessing data through different types of data stores such as web services, RDMS, flat files etc.
• Experience with Git or SVN
• JavaScript, XML, JSON, PL/SQL, shell scripting, database scripting, Java.
• Knowledge of ETL technologies such as Kettle - http://www.pentaho.com/product/data-integration
• Linux and Mac OS X
• Comfortable running jobs and doing basic navigation on Linux servers.
