#HYDIT #LI-Hybrid Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for analyzing, designing, and developing visualization and reporting that meet the needs of stakeholders
• Conducting user research and requirements gathering to understand analytical and end user visualization and reporting needs
• Designing user interfaces: Designing reports/ dashboards etc. that are intuitive, user-friendly, and visually appealing. This may involve wireframing, prototyping, and creating high-fidelity designs.
• Information architecture: Creating information architecture that organizes information and content in a way that is easy to access and navigate.
• Collaboration with stakeholders: Collaborating with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the user experience aligns with business objectives and technical requirements.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends: Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in UX design and technology, and applying this knowledge to enhance the organization\'s UX design capabilities.
• Serves as the Subject Matter Expert on EF Data & Analytics Solutions and build domain knowledge of Enabling Functions Reporting needs
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with minimal oversight
• Prior experience working in an Agile/Product based environment
• Provides strategic feedback to vendors on service delivery and balances workload with vendor teams

Qualifications & Experience

• 3-5 year proven working experience as a product reporting/ Visualization developer
• Ability to wireframe, prototype and build solutions to visualize data assets and data products/ views.
• Atleast 3 years technical expertise in product design and development, data visualization techniques
• Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Tableau, R etc), databases (SQL, PostgreSQL etc), programming (Python,Reacts JS, Javascript etc.)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• 1-2 years hands-on experience developing and delivering data, ETL solutions with some of the technologies like AWS data services (Glue, Redshift, Athena, lake formation, etc.)

• Experience with cloud-based data technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills Functional knowledge or prior experience in Lifesciences Research and Development domain is a plus
• Experience and expertise in establishing agile and product-oriented teams that work effectively with teams in US and other global BMS site.
• Initiates challenging opportunities that build strong capabilities for self and team
