In this role, the Data Analyst will report to the Program Manager of Facilities Optimization and supports Global Operations Organization’s efforts through research and analysis of company historical and industry data/trends, development of data-driven cost estimating approaches and strategies, and employment of quantitative analysis to provide a fact-based modeling approach to optimize facilities footprint and hybrid work.
The candidate will be required to understand and have experience in specifying, collecting, processing, and presenting information from potentially several disparate data sets. Generates actionable knowledge from data. Possesses analytical and problem-solving skills necessary for quickly developing recommendations based on quantitative and qualitative data from many different types of sources. Ability to identify patterns and higher-level information from all the data sources through use of tools and application programming. Understands the general problem space and is confident in explaining the different insights generated from the data.
This is a full-time virtual position working remotely with occasional travel to events and meetings. The qualified candidate may be located anywhere within the continental United States.
Basic Qualifications for a Level 2:

• 
  Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of related experience or Masters degree plus 0 years of related experience or Associates degree plus 4 years of related experience or High School Diploma plus 6 years of related experience
• 
  Experience with visualization techniques that convey various kinds of business performance information and data for senior executives and managers in tools such as Tableau or similar visualization tool
• 
  Experience with data cleaning techniques and dealing with large volumes of structure business data for ingestion into visualization tools
• 
  Must have an analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
• 
  Understanding of data administration and management functions
• 
  Able to work independently, with a proactive, risk-mitigation approach
• 
  Self-motivated problem solver able to effectively work with all levels of the organization
• 
  Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills

Salary Range: $82,400.00 - $123,600.00Salary Range 2: $101,400.00 - $152,200.00
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
