As a Data Verifier you will be responsible for reviewing and tagging call transcriptions, which will require excellent comprehensive skills in English. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong linguistic abilities, and the ability to maintain accuracy and consistency in data tagging processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and verify diverse datasets according to predefined criteria and guidelines.
Ensure accuracy and consistency in data tagging processes, paying close attention to linguistic nuances and context.
Collaborate with the AI team to optimize tagging strategies and improve efficiency.
Provide feedback and contribute to the enhancement of tagging methodologies.
Maintain documentation and records related to tagging activities.
Requirements:
Excellent command of the English language, including grammar, syntax, and vocabulary.
Excellent multilingual command over Hindi, Tamil/Telugu/Kannada languages
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency in tagging tasks.
Previous experience in data tagging or annotation is preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
Excellent receptive skill in English & Hindi language.
Multilingual skill over Kannada, Tellugu or Tamil languages
Proven ability to work with large datasets and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
