Oversee and drive back office provisioning of service delivery including onnet feasibility access networks and customer order provisioning Ensure availability of network systems inventory and bandwidth in provisioning on networks Analyze need for capacity augmentation optimization to address capacity crunch in networks Manage and monitor planning delivery of orders in terms of configuration management Guide and monitor team to design the network to ensure the customer connectivity in agreed time and supervise hand over to project implementation team Diagnose troubleshoot and resolve problems and take corrective action when necessary Provide technical expertise business planning and workflow management for ensuring smooth integration of network and system solutionsnetwork improvement Responsible for hardware planning environment provisioning documentation and application deployments for variety of applications and services work with client internal stakeholders to provide integrated service delivery across multiple products to meet the client requirements Provide an expertise to internal teams andor external vendors and partners to deliver a complex solutions in a timely manner

• Ability to perform transmission design for a new base station, new infrastructure design for NTU and Aggregator, Radio and fiber ring upgrade for high capacity, and resiliency.
• Ability to validate the request, analyze the impact and plan for implementation
• Ability to audit the services in NMS and in database and plan for migrations.
• Ability to understand the design process and workflow.
• Ability to liaise with stakeholders, operations center, and the planners with on-going projects to clear the dependencies.
• Managing escalations within the team and communications to stakeholders
• Ability to understand the hierarchy level for lower order circuit migration/disconnection for SDH/DWDM network system.
• Must have knowledge in transmission SDH/DWDM network and understand the impact level when cease any Higher order circuits( VC4 , ODU2 , ODU4 ..,)
• Understand the concept of last mile connectivity services delivered using Carrier Ethernet concept(Access Aggregators - Cisco - ASR-903, NCS540 , Huawei - X1/X2 , Nokia -7750) and knowledge of Back haul networks (Huawei - X8, X16 Core routers - Juniper PE router , Nokia 7750 )

• Must have experience with Carrier Ethernet, Routing, Switching.
• Must have experience in layer 3 VPN, layer 2 products and design.
• Must have experience in network provisioning tool like crammer.
• Must have experience in Routing and Switching with firm hold on protocols and technologies such as MPLS, L2/L2 VPN, BGP, OSPF, Static Routing, IPV4/IPv6, Throughput Testing etc.
• Exposure to DWDM and familiarity in OSS and NMS. Be able to understand the task workflow and interpretation of drawings/schematics

• CCNA/CCNP preferred.

• Experience in network inventory management tool.
• Added knowledge in L2 switching devices - Huawei (S5320, S5300, S5335), Alcatel- SAS D 7210, RAD NTUs)
• Basic knowledge on Fibre Networks
• Knowledge on DWDM and OTN systems preferred.
