Job Title: Database Expert/Architect



We are seeking a highly skilled Database Expert with deep expertise in both SQL and NoSQL technologies, particularly in large-scale data environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Redshift and data warehousing concepts, along with foundational knowledge of Power BI or similar reporting tools.



Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and optimize SQL and NoSQL queries, stored procedure for high-performance data retrieval across datasets exceeding 100 million records.

Implement and manage database replication, partitioning, fragmentation, indexing strategies, and performance tuning.

Oversee user and access management to ensure data security and compliance.

Collaborate with reporting teams to support data visualization and dashboarding needs using Power BI or equivalent tools.

Maintain and enhance database availability, scalability, and reliability through proactive monitoring and tuning.



Required Skills & Experience:

Proven expertise in SQL and NoSQL database development and optimization.

Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Redshift, MySQL, MongoDB, and Flyway.

In-depth understanding of data warehousing principles and performance tuning techniques.

3+ years of experience working with AWS-managed database services.

1+ years of experience with Power BI or similar BI/reporting platforms.
