We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Specialist with a Mechanical Engineering background and hands-on experience in data handling. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of the HVAC industry and be comfortable working in a hybrid setup.

Key Responsibilities

Perform accurate data entry related to HVAC projects, components, and documentation
Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and internal records
Organize technical and project-related data
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency
Support administrative and operational tasks as required
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 2 years of experience in data entry or data-related roles
Basic understanding of HVAC systems and terminology
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic computer applications
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferred Skills

Experience in HVAC, construction, or engineering domains
Good communication and coordination skills.
