About the Role

Tezo is looking for a experienced

Data Solution Architect

with 10-12 years of expertise in designing, architecting, and delivering enterprise-grade data solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in

data modelling, data warehousing, and presales engagements

, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing data architectures. This role requires a blend of technical leadership, client engagement, and solution design capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and architecture of

end-to-end data solutions

across enterprise environments. Develop

conceptual, logical, and physical data models

aligned with business needs. Architect, implement, and optimize

data warehouses, data marts, and data lakes

for analytics and reporting. Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution consultants, and sales teams during

presales discussions

, including RFP/RFI responses, solution presentations, and client workshops. Provide architectural guidance on

ETL/ELT design, data integration, and migration strategies

. Ensure solutions adhere to

data governance, security, and compliance

best practices. Evaluate and recommend

modern data technologies, platforms, and cloud services

(Azure, AWS, GCP). Partner with delivery teams to ensure architecture is implemented as designed and meets business requirements. Support performance optimization, scalability, and reliability of data solutions. Contribute to the development of reusable

solution accelerators, frameworks, and best practices

.

Mandatory Skills

10-12 years of experience in

data architecture, data modeling, and enterprise data solutions

. Strong expertise in

data modeling (conceptual, logical, physical)

and data architecture frameworks. Proven experience in designing and delivering

data warehouse solutions

(e.g., Teradata, Oracle, Snowflake, Redshift, Azure Synapse, BigQuery). Hands-on experience with

ETL/ELT tools

(Informatica, Talend, Azure Data Factory, dbt, etc.). Strong understanding of

SQL, database optimization, and query tuning

. Exposure to

cloud platforms

(Azure/AWS/GCP) and their native data services. Experience in

presales engagements

- solutioning, client workshops, RFP/RFI response, and technical presentations. Familiarity with

data governance, metadata management, and security best practices

. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to interact with both business and technical teams.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of

Big Data ecosystems

(Hadoop, Spark, Kafka). Experience in

real-time data integration

and streaming analytics. Exposure to

machine learning and advanced analytics enablement

. Certifications in

cloud platforms

(Azure Data Engineer/Architect, AWS Solutions Architect, GCP Data Engineer).
