Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced

Azure Data Engineer / Data Solution Architect

to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in

Azure Data Services, Data Modeling, ETL Development, and Advanced SQL

, with a proven track record of building and optimizing

data integration pipelines

and delivering

end-to-end analytics solutions

.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable

ETL pipelines

and

data integration solutions

using Azure Data Factory and other Azure services. Architect and implement

data & analytics solutions

leveraging Azure Synapse, Databricks, and other modern cloud tools. Optimize

SQL queries, stored procedures, and data models

to ensure high performance and reliability. Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into

scalable data architecture

and reporting solutions. Ensure data quality, governance, and security standards across all solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve complex data issues, ensuring smooth and timely project delivery. Work independently in a

remote setup

while coordinating effectively with global teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

8-10 years of experience in

data engineering and solution architecture

. Strong expertise in the

Azure Data Ecosystem

(Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, Data Lake, Databricks, Functions). Hands-on experience with

ETL development & data integration

across heterogeneous sources. Advanced proficiency in

SQL (query optimization, indexing, performance tuning, stored procedures)

. Strong knowledge of

data modeling (relational, dimensional, star schema)

. Familiarity with

big data tools

(Spark, Hadoop, Python/Scala preferred). Experience in

end-to-end data & analytics solution architecture

. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: ₹170,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per month
