FloData Analytics is hiring a skilled Data Scientist with 2+ years of experience to build and deploy production-ready ML and Generative AI solutions across machine learning, deep learning, computer vision, and LLM-based systems. The role involves end-to-end ownership of model development, deployment, data pipelines, and basic MLOps, along with close collaboration on client-facing international projects. We are looking for a technically strong professional with hands-on experience and a disciplined approach to building scalable, high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and train machine learning and deep learning models to solve business problems Build and optimize CNN-based computer vision solutions Develop Generative AI and LLM-based applications (prompting, RAG, etc.) Deploy ML models to production using basic MLOps and CI/CD practices Build and maintain data pipelines, APIs, and deployment workflows Monitor model performance and perform optimization and retraining Collaborate with internal teams and clients, and clearly communicate results to stakeholders

Qualification & Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning with exposure to model deployment Strong understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning techniques Experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow or PyTorch), including CNNs Hands-on exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG concepts Proficiency in Python, data science libraries, SQL, and version control (Git/GitHub) Basic experience with APIs (FastAPI/Flask), Docker, cloud platforms, and MLOps practices, along with end-to-end ML project exposure

Good-to-Have Requirements

Experience with NLP, time series forecasting, or anomaly detection Familiarity with MLOps and distributed computing tools (MLflow, Spark, Dask) Exposure to model explainability techniques or contributions to open-source/research work.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
