Responsibilities

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate these into concrete data-driven solutions.
• Develop predictive models and statistical tools to support decision-making.
• Perform advanced analytics including data mining, trend analysis, and forecasting.
• Design experiments and A/B testing to evaluate business hypotheses.
• Leverage tools such as Python, R, SQL, and Tableau to clean, process, and visualize large datasets.
• Present actionable insights and recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.
• Continuously improve analytics frameworks using modern methodologies and tools.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in data science and leverage them to enhance the overall team output.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in the field of data science and analytics.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or any other programming language commonly used in data analytics.
• Strong understanding of statistical methods and their applications in real-world scenarios.
• Experience working with tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization platforms.
• Solid experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Ability to communicate technical insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• A strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Prior experience in leading cross-functional projects will be an advantage.
