Job Description

Collect, clean, and preprocess large structured and unstructured datasets. Develop and implement machine learning and statistical models to solve business problems. Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, correlations, and patterns. Design and execute data experiments to test hypotheses and validate models. Communicate findings through visualizations, dashboards, and clear business reports. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, marketing, etc.) to integrate models into production systems. Monitor and improve model performance over time. Stay updated with new technologies, algorithms, and tools in data science and AI.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or related field.

Experience:

5 years+ of experience in data analysis, data science, or machine learning (can vary depending on seniority).

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Python or Predictive analysis for data analysis . Experience with AWS Knowledge of machine learning frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch). Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, matplotlib, seaborn). Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) is a plus.

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and storytelling abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
