Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement

data-driven models and algorithms

for solving business challenges. Perform

data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and analysis

using SQL and Python. Design and train

machine learning models

for predictive and descriptive analytics. Conduct

feature engineering, model validation, and performance tuning

to ensure high accuracy and reliability. Collaborate with data engineers to

build scalable data pipelines

and ensure model deployment in production environments. Generate insights from structured and unstructured data using

statistical analysis and visualization tools

. Contribute to

AI-driven solutions

, including experimenting with

LLMs, NLP, and generative models

(preferred). Communicate findings and recommendations effectively through

dashboards, reports, and visual presentations

. Stay updated with emerging trends in

AI, ML, and data science technologies

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in

Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field

.

3-5 years

of hands-on experience in data science, analytics, or ML roles. Strong programming skills in

Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch)

. Advanced

SQL

expertise for data querying and optimization. Sound knowledge of

machine learning algorithms

(classification, regression, clustering, etc.). Experience with

data visualization tools

such as Power BI, Tableau, or Matplotlib/Seaborn. Familiarity with

AI and LLM frameworks

(e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain) is a plus. Understanding of

cloud environments

(AWS, Azure, or GCP) preferred. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
