What You'll Be Doing

Design and deliver end-to-end AI/ML solutions

, from problem framing and data exploration to deployment and monitoring. Build and optimize

production-grade models

, ensuring seamless integration and continuous improvement. Develop

scalable pipelines

for data ingestion, feature engineering, and model training. Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to

translate business challenges into technical solutions

best practices in experimentation, reproducibility, and model evaluation

What We're Looking For

5+ years in Data Science or Machine Learning, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role. Proven track record of delivering

production-ready AI solutions

with measurable business impact. Hands-on experience with

Generative AI

is a strong plus. Proficiency in

Python, SQL

, and frameworks like LangChain, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn. Familiarity with

cloud ML platforms

(Azure ML, Google Cloud AI) and tools like Databricks, MLflow. Solid understanding of

CI/CD for ML

, model versioning, monitoring, and automation pipelines. Ability to

influence stakeholders

, communicate technical insights effectively, and work cross-functionally. A
