Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and analytical Data Scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex datasets to help our organization make data-driven decisions. You will work closely with business, engineering, and product teams to develop predictive models, identify trends, and optimize strategies using advanced data analytics techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, clean, and process large datasets from various sources. Apply statistical methods and machine learning algorithms to build predictive and classification models. Develop dashboards, data visualizations, and reports to present insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions. Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends and patterns. Validate model accuracy and performance, and continuously improve models. Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. Strong programming skills in Python, R, or SQL. Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or matplotlib). Deep understanding of statistics, probability, and machine learning techniques. Familiarity with data processing tools (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch). Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure). Knowledge of big data tools (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka). Prior experience working with large-scale business data.
