About the Role

We are seeking a data-driven and analytical

Data Scientist / Analyst

to join our

Digital Twin of Ships

team. This role is ideal for someone with strong modeling and analytical skills, capable of interpreting complex vessel behavior, assessing fleet health, and supporting sustainability initiatives through data. You will work closely with engineering and product teams to derive actionable insights from large-scale maritime datasets.

Key Responsibilities

Model vessel behavior using historical and real-time data to support predictive analytics. Analyze fleet health metrics to identify patterns, anomalies, and maintenance needs. Develop and track sustainability metrics aligned with organizational goals. Apply machine learning techniques for predictive maintenance and anomaly detection. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data insights into product features. Use AWS services such as SageMaker and Athena for scalable data processing and analysis. Communicate findings through dashboards, reports, and presentations to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong engineering background with 10-12 years of experience in data science or analytics roles. Proven experience in
