We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated

Data Scientist

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to develop data-driven solutions that enhance business decisions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, build predictive models, and communicate insights effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Anayze large volumes of data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights. Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve business problems. Work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to understand goals and translate them into data solutions. Create dashboards, visualizations, and reports to present findings to stakeholders. Clean, preprocess, and validate data to ensure accuracy and reliability. Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to support decision-making. Continuously improve model performance and monitor deployed models. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in data science, AI, and machine learning.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. Proven experience (0 - 3+ years) as a Data Scientist or in a similar role. Strong proficiency in Python or R, and SQL. Experience with machine learning libraries (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch). Knowledge of data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Seaborn). Solid understanding of statistical analysis and modelling techniques. Experience with big data tools (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
