Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement

LLM-powered solutions

including

Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

workflows Fine-tune, prompt-engineer, and evaluate large language models for specific business use cases Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI modules into production applications Analyze large, unstructured datasets and derive meaningful insights Stay updated on emerging trends in GenAI, foundation models, and open-source LLMs

Must-Have Skills:

Strong understanding of

LLMs

(OpenAI, Cohere, HuggingFace models, etc.) Hands-on experience with

RAG pipelines

, vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, etc.), and retrieval strategies Proficient in

Python

and

machine learning libraries

(Transformers, LangChain, PyTorch/TensorFlow) Experience in

data preprocessing

,

model evaluation

, and

deployment of NLP solutions

Ability to translate business requirements into scalable ML solutions

Good to Have:

Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) Exposure to MLOps workflows and LLMOps tools Experience with open-source LLMs (LLaMA, Mistral, etc.)
