Job Description

Data Analysis and Modelling: Apply statistical and machine learning techniques to analyze complex datasets, identify patterns, and develop predictive models to solve business problems. Data Exploration and Preparation: Collect, cleanse, and pre-process data from various sources to ensure its accuracy, completeness, and quality. Collaborate with data engineers to optimize data pipelines and workflows. Feature Engineering: Identify and engineer relevant features from structured and unstructured data sources to enhance model performance and accuracy. Model Development and Evaluation: Design and develop innovative machine learning algorithms and models. Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and fine-tune models for optimal results. Streamline business reporting, campaign reporting and key business metric for management consumption Communication: Communicate complex analytical concepts and findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Guide the other Data Scientists and Trainees in coming up the curve and in complex projects & problem solving

Eligibility Criteria for the Job

Education Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field Experience 5-6 years of hands-on experience as a Data Scientist Skills & Competencies Proficiency in SAS is must, programming languages such as Python or R.
