We're seeking an experienced Senior Data Scientist with 5+ years of experience in data science to lead our data analytics team. As a Senior Data Scientist, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing advanced data models, predictive analytics, and machine learning solutions to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis and Modeling: Develop and deploy machine learning models to solve complex business problems. Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions.
Leadership: Lead and mentor junior data scientists and analysts, providing guidance on best practices and techniques.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, product managers, and engineers to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions.
Communication: Communicate complex data insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements:
Education: Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in data science, with a proven track record of developing and deploying machine learning models.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages like Python, R, or SQL. Experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
