About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled

Data Scientist

with 3-5 years of hands-on experience to join our team on a

1-year contractual basis

(auto extendable). The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to drive business insights and strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze complex datasets to extract actionable insights and trends. Develop, test, and implement predictive models and machine learning algorithms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business challenges and translate them into analytical solutions. Perform data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering. Create reports and dashboards to visualize data findings for stakeholders. Stay updated on emerging technologies, tools, and techniques in data science.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. 3-5 years of proven experience as a Data Scientist. Strong knowledge of

Python

,

R

, or SQLfor data manipulation and analysis. Experience with

Machine Learning

frameworks such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch. Hands-on experience with

data visualization tools

(Power BI, Tableau, or Matplotlib). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
