Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement

machine learning

and

predictive analytics

solutions. Perform

data exploration, cleansing, and preprocessing

from multiple structured and unstructured sources. Build

statistical and deep learning models

for forecasting, classification, recommendation, and optimization. Collaborate with

data engineers and analysts

to deploy models into production environments. Translate complex data insights into

clear business recommendations

and visualizations. Evaluate model performance and continuously improve accuracy and efficiency. Work with

large datasets

using distributed data processing tools (Spark, Hadoop, etc.). Stay updated with the latest trends in

AI, ML, and data science technologies

.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in

Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field

. 5-12 years of experience in

data science or machine learning roles

. Strong proficiency in

Python, R, or SQL

for data analysis and model development. Experience with

ML frameworks and libraries

(scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, XGBoost). Knowledge of

data visualization tools

(Power BI, Tableau, matplotlib, seaborn). Solid understanding of

statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and data mining

techniques. Hands-on experience with

cloud platforms

(AWS, Azure, or GCP) and

data pipelines

. Strong communication skills and ability to translate data insights into business strategies.

Good to Have:

Experience with

NLP, time-series forecasting, or computer vision

. Exposure to

MLOps

and model deployment frameworks. Familiarity with

big data ecosystems

(Spark, Hive, Databricks).
