We are seeking a skilled

Data Scientist

with expertise in building and deploying AI-powered applications, particularly in chatbot development and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in Python programming and be comfortable deploying solutions on the

OpenShift Container Platform

.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and optimize

chatbot solutions

using Generative AI frameworks. Build and implement

RAG pipelines

to improve context-aware AI responses. Develop clean, scalable, and production-ready

Python

code for backend services and integration layers. Deploy AI/ML models and chatbot services on

OpenShift

in a containerized environment. Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and product teams to refine GenAI models. Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and enhance the quality of chatbot interactions.

Required Skills & Experience:

Hands-on experience with

Generative AI

and

LLM-based applications

. Strong Python development skills with production-level experience. Proven expertise in

Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

architectures. Experience building or integrating

chatbot systems

(e.g., conversational interfaces, NLP pipelines). Experience with

OpenShift Container Platform

for deploying and managing containerized applications. Familiarity with API integrations, model fine-tuning, and prompt engineering.
